Return and Exchange Policy

Ensky Technology, Inc. — Return & Exchange Policy

At Ensky Technology, Inc. (“Ensky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how products may be returned or exchanged after purchase.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to physical products (hardware, components) purchased directly from Ensky. It does not apply to software licenses or consulting services; those are governed by separate terms. Returns and exchanges are governed by the conditions outlined here. 

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Window

  • Customers have 30 days     from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • After 30 days, we may accept      exchanges or offer store credit at our discretion.

Product Condition

  • Returned products must be unused,      undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories,      manuals, and documentation intact.
  • Products missing parts,      accessories, or original packaging may be accepted only for partial      credit. 

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid invoice or receipt must      accompany all return/exchange requests.

3. Return & Exchange Process

1. Request Authorization

  • Contact us at customerservice@enskytechinc.com within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) being       returned/exchanged
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos of the item (if damaged       or defective)

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Upon review, Ensky will issue a Return      Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

3. Shipping the Return

  • Return the item using a trackable      shipping service to the address provided with the RMA.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the customer      is responsible for returning shipping costs.
  • If the return results from a      defect or shipping error, return shipping may be reimbursed by Ensky (as      described below). 

4. Exchanges

  • Same Product Exchange: If a product is in stock and the      return meets eligibility criteria, we will exchange it for the same item      at no additional cost, excluding return shipping (unless defective).
  • Different Product Exchange: If exchange for a different      item, price differences may result in a refund or additional charge.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking

  • General Returns: Customers are responsible for      return shipping unless product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Defective / Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective or      incorrect, Ensky will cover return shipping and expedited replacement      shipping upon verification.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25      % may apply for returns of opened items that are otherwise eligible. 

6. Return Outcomes

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved Exchange: We will ship the replacement      item.
  • Return for Credit:
    • Refund to original payment       method (if applicable) within [e.g., 10 business days], or
    • Store credit goods toward future purchases.

      

7. Exceptions

  • Customized,      configuration-specific, or special-order items may not be returnable or      may incur a longer processing time for exchanges.
  • Software licenses and consulting      services are not covered by this return policy.

Ensky Technology, Inc. (“Ensky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality of the products we supply. This Quality Guarantee & Warranty Statement (“Warranty”) outlines the warranty coverage Ensky offers on eligible products sold directly by us.

1. Scope of Warranty

This Warranty applies only to physical products purchased directly from Ensky. It does not apply to:

  • Software licenses or digital      services
  • Consulting or professional      services
  • Used, refurbished, or third-party      marketplace items
  • Products altered, misused, or      damaged after delivery

2. Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Many products we sell carry a manufacturer’s      warranty that guarantees performance and materials free from defects      for a specified period. Ensky facilitates warranty claims when supported      by the manufacturer’s terms.

Ensky Warranty Backing

  • If the manufacturer’s warranty is      not available or enforceable, Ensky will provide a limited warranty     covering defects in materials or workmanship for [90] days from the      date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

3. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or      workmanship that substantially affect the use or performance of the      product under normal operating conditions.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse,      accident, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Normal wear and tears or cosmetic      damage that does not affect product performance
  • Damage due to power surges,      environmental conditions, or external causes
  • Products without valid proof of      purchase

5. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Ensky Customer Support
    • Email: support@enskytech.com
    • Provide: order number, date of       purchase, product model/serial number, description of issue, and photos       or diagnostic data as available.

  1. Assessment & Authorization
    • Ensky will review the claim and       determine eligibility.
    • If approved, we will issue a Return       Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

  1. Return & Repair/Replacement
    • Return the item using the RMA       instructions.
    • Ensky (or the manufacturer) will       repair or replace the product at our discretion.
    • If replacement is not possible,       a comparable product or store credit may be issued.

      

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Warranty returns must be shipped      to the address provided in the RMA.
  • If the defect is confirmed under      warranty, Ensky will reimburse return shipping and cover the cost of      sending the repaired or replacement product.
  • If the issue is not covered by      warranty, the customer may be responsible for return freight and repair      costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, ENSKY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EN SKY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REP AIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
